Scroll Drop Quests

Scroll Drop Quests are obtained as loot from specific monsters in specific areas of the world. For instance, you kill a Skeletal Pup near the town of Silvest and Fort Eastwatch. It drops a scroll as loot, which gives you the quest when you click on it. The quests ask you to kill a certain number of creatures.

The NPCs for these quests are located in Lotor's Summer Palace, two by the bank and one by the pub south of the bank. Their names are Woodrow, Estiban, and Donkeo. If you talk to them before receiving these quests, Woodrow will tell you he hates bats, Estiban will lament the tyranny of Sand Golems, and Donkeo mentions that he needs help thinning the herds of Minotaurs near Chlera.

There are no limits to the number of scroll drop quests you can get. If you hunt in those areas often enough there is a random chance for you to get one as a drop. These quests are different than Static Quests and Dynamic Quests.
