Roger lives in a little house at (648, 183) with his daughter Paula. He has a hankerin for a tasty slab of venison. Bring him 10 raw venison steaks and he will give you 3 repair potions. He'll tell you to come back next time you have some more venison, however, for succeeding lots of 10 venison, he'll only give you one repair potion.
