This is a scroll dropped by various monsters, including Horned Devils, Demons, and Rock trolls. When you click the scroll you recive a quest to kill 35 Rock Trolls at the west of Josody. When complete, locate Rodald who tends to wander around LSP Bank. The quest gives around 75k-90k epool. The scrolls drop off the rock trolls at roughly one per 75 rock trolls.
