Rineguile

Rineguile is a mage and he stays in the shrine of Kuthos, in Gulley. Look for him N of the banker, in a small enclosed area, by the swamp. He asks you to get 50 slimes. You get them from killing swamp slugs, level 27, around the swamp. S side of swamp is the best option in spite of Floating horrors, level 63.
