This is the skill which allows you to turn wooden logs into planks for use with the Carpentry skill. The higher milling level you possess increases your chances of successfully milling a log.

There are 6 log types which can me milled at any level of milling.

Regular logs: Milled into 1 regular plank.

Fine wood log: Milled into 1 fine wood plank.

Gnarled log: Milled into 2 regular planks.

Heartwood logs: Milled into 1 heartwood plank.

Old Growth logs: Milled into 3 regular planks.

Greater Heartwood logs: Milled into 1` Greater Heartwood plank
