Mad Hermit - Runes for Skulls

Far to the east in the undead lands is the hut of the Mad Hermit. Kill skellie apprentices and collect their skeletal skulls. When you have ten, visit the Mad Hermit who will give you the class rune (body, mind, soul or nature) of your choice in exchange for 10 skulls.
