Kobold Chief Quest

Talk to Dunaga east of the fields in Maraket.
Discussion with Dunaga:
Dunaga: Hmm... You look stout enough...
- -What?-
Player: What?.
Dunaga: Me need favor done.
-Continue-
Dunaga: I do business with kobolds to west.
-Continue-
Dunaga: Now they not pay me. Me help build big fort. Me need my money.
- -I'm not interested-
- -Why would you do business with kobolds?-
Player: Why would you do business with kobolds?.
Dunaga: Kobold gold as good as orc.
-Continue-
Dunaga: 'Cept when they no pay.
-Continue-
Dunaga: You want to help me?
- -I'll have no part in this!-
- -I dislike kobolds. What do I need to do?-
Player: I dislike kobolds. What do I need to do?.
Dunaga:Go to kobold for to west. Find Chief, kill him dead.

Dunaga:Me sure he has payment on him

Dunaga:Bring back payment to me, and I reward you good.

QUEST RECEIVED: Find the kobold fort, west of Maraket.
[edit] Killing the Chief
Travel North, out of Maraket, then, travel West. You will begin to see kobold spawns increase, until you come across a Kobold Fort. Inside of the Chief's Hut, you will find a ladder. Travel up it, and look around for the Chief. His spawn rate is unkown, but is usually there on the first try. Kill him, he's level 24. You will be told you have found a crumpled piece of paper.
[edit] Finishing the Quest
Travel back to Maraket, and chat with Dunaga again. You will have two options. He will say he won't pay. You can threaten him by saying "No reward? Would you like to taste my blade?" If you say this, you will get 4k epool and a hat. Stats:
