OS and IS

The OS and IS acronyms stand for Outside and Inside and are reserved for describing sextant coordinates which are often vastly different outside and inside caves and crypts. This means that a single step from outside of an underground area to the inside could move you many hundreds of steps along the latitude or longitude lines of the Ashen Empire world.
