Ewwww is a rock troll boss. He is required for the Proudblood Traitor Quest

spawns just in the eastern approach to the mountain pass that leads to Redwake, the pass that is NE of Vezryl Lodge, on the other side of the same mountain

Ewwww's placeholder is one of the rock trolls that spawn in his location. He is on a one hour timer, so after killing the rock trolls, return in an hour and he should spawn.
