Duke Randolf

Duke Randolf is the first person to greet you as you are cast up on the shores of Valinor. He'll look you over, tell you what Dransik race you are, in case you've forgotten, and direct you to speak to Lord Trembley for your very first quest. He will also give you some tips on how to set up your mode of navigation.
