1. Click the trainer and he will give you a "Rune of Body" and (if you do not already have one) a "Simple Wood Wand". Return to him once you have obtained 500 experience in this skill. You will recieve 10 gold and another Rune of Body.
2. Obtain 700 experience in this skill. You will recieve a "Sash of the Lesser Healing" and another Rune of Body.
3. Obtain 900 experience in this skill. You will recieve 25 gold and another Rune of Body.
4. Obtain 1100 experience in this skill. You will recieve 50 gold and another Rune of Body.
5. Obtain 1500 experience in this skill. You will recieve 100 gold and another Rune of Body.
6. Obtain 3000 experience in this skill. You will recieve a "Dull Gemed Staff" and another Rune of Body.
7. Obtain 5000 experience in this skill. You will recieve an "Amulet of Minor Body" and another Rune of Body.
